About the Author
Pranav Rao is a curious soul who is not afraid to question the traditional ways in order to find better ones. He often finds himself oscillating between free will and determinism. He studies people and situations and has an uncanny knack of finding stories around him or better still, within him. He can often be found reading a book, usually non-fiction, while he is stuck in traffic. Just like cooking, which he enjoys, he uses ingredients of experience, observation, imagination & inspiration to weave his stories. You can find him unwinding with his friends at a local joint over the weekends. His works include two novels – A Tale of Arranged Marriage (2021) and A Tryst with Tristan (2020) and a short story – Steve (2022).
Novels
Writing perhaps comes naturally to Pranav Rao. He used to write poetry as a child, some of which were published in his school's annual magazines. Having no formal or informal education in writing, he feels it is a gift that has been bestowed upon him. He writes out of passion and is unapologetic about it. Be it erotica or a sensitive topic of society, he believes it is a duty of a writer to put forth various points of view in front of the reader for the betterment of society at large. He wants his readers to enjoy his writing and perhaps learn a few things from it.
